Andrew oversees the development and operation of all housing programs at Bailey House, which includes administration of nearly 700 units of housing serving more than 800 people.
He is currently directing the development of 250 additional units of supportive housing and plans to announce the first housing development project for Bailey House in 2020.
Prior to joining Housing Works, and subsequently Bailey House, he managed the daily operation and consulting services of the Hudson Planning Group (HPG) and provided technical assistance services to not-for-profit community-based organizations providing housing, healthcare, and support services to people living with HIV/AIDS. He also provided Housing Development services to supportive housing providers in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Chicago, and New York. In his earlier days at Housing Works, Andrew served in a variety of roles, including Deputy Director for Intake Service; Deputy Director of Adult Day Health Care, opening Housing Works’ first AIDS Adult Day Healthcare Center; and as Chief Financial Officer for over a decade.
