Building for the Future
We are committed to providing affordable and supportive housing to New Yorkers who need it most, and we have accelerated our development since merging with Housing Works in 2019.
We build high quality, sustainable housing, based on access to a constellation of services offered by Housing Works and Housing Works Community Healthcare. The goal is to continue making housing the centerpiece of holistic healthcare for the people we serve.
We have approximately 220 new units in development in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
